General Information

1. Normal lead time for most production runs is between 5 – 14 working days     following proof approval.

2. Artwork needs to be submitted in any one of the following ways:
    · Adobe Acrobat PDF Document (save using High Quality Print settings)
    · Adobe Photoshop TIFF or EPS (resolution needs to be at least 300 dpi)
    · Adobe Illustrator EPS
    · Adobe Indesign
    · Quark XPress
      (Include any fonts that are not embedded in the file.)

3. Shipping reference - a box of 25 decks weighs approximately 7 pounds. A box of     100 decks weighs approximately 28 pounds.

4. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

5. Over/underrun policy – allow 10% charged pro-rata.

6. F.O.B. Chanute, Kansas. (an hour and a half south of Kansas City)
